How do I cancel my subscription?
We're bummed you no longer want to use Limnu. Please let us know why you no longer want to pay for Limnu by emailing support@limnu.com.
1. On your Boards page select the dropdown menu in the upper right.
2. Select Billing .
3a. If you are on a PRO plan select Downgrade next to your credit card information.
3b. If you are a team admin select Cancel next to your credit card information.
When you unsubscribe you will continue to have access to your boards and to all premium features until your current subscription period is over. After that you will be placed on a free plan. You can subscribe at anytime to gain access to your archived boards and premium features.
