How do I cancel my subscription?

• 1. On your Boards page select the dropdown menu in the upper right.

• 2. Select Billing .

• 3a. If you are on a PRO plan select Downgrade next to your credit card information.

• 3b. If you are a team admin select Cancel next to your credit card information.

When you unsubscribe you will continue to have access to your boards and to all premium features until your current subscription period is over. After that you will be placed on a free plan. You can subscribe at anytime to gain access to your archived boards and premium features.

Can I embed or integrate Limnu with my app?

Yes you can. We have a robust API and have worked with several companies to bring the power of Limnu's drawing and markup ability to their projects. Have something you think might be a good fit? Email us and we'd love to start a conversation.

Do you give discounts to students and educators?

Yes! Educators of publicly funded primary and secondary schools are given free Pro plans for the duration of their class. Students using Limnu boards created by an educator get full access on those boards. If you're an educator and would like to be a part of this program, please apply for an educator plan.

How does team pricing work?

Limnu is better with your team!

Limnu team pricing is per team member, per month. Teams can have as few as two people or as many as two trillion (okay, maybe not two trillion, but there is no limit to the number of people you can have on your team).

Teams get:

• Unlimited boards & collaborators
• Board admin controls
• Team admin controls
• Security controls
• Team-wide accessible boards.

What happens after the free trial?

We’ll send you a reminder to add your credit card. If you do not add your credit card you will automatically be placed on a FREE plan. All boards older than 14 days will be archived and can be accessed when you upgrade your plan.
